This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area to the stunning Cachoeira do Veu waterfall. The trail is approximately 3.7 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 68 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the Centro de Visitantes (Visitor Center), you will pass by a picnic site at the beginning of the trail, perfect for a quick break or enjoying a meal before your hike. As you continue on, you will come across the entrance to the Nucleo Engordador area, where the trail officially starts.

Along the way, you will encounter three beautiful waterfalls: Cachoeira do Engordador at 1.65 kilometers into the hike, Cachoeira do Tomba at 1.38 kilometers, and Cachoeira do Veu at 1.86 kilometers. These cascades offer a refreshing sight and are great spots to take in the natural beauty of the surroundings.
