Located in a picturesque area, the trail starts at a convenient parking area. As you begin your hike, you will come across a wayside shrine approximately 0.37 kilometers from the starting point, providing a peaceful spot for reflection.

Continuing on, at around 0.59 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Rifugio Ciaréido alpine hut, offering a cozy resting place with stunning views. Further ahead, at 0.7 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point to learn more about the surroundings.

Around midway through the trail, at 1.89 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Forcella S. Pietro saddle, a scenic spot to take a break and enjoy the panoramic views. Just a short distance away, also at 1.89 kilometers, the Pupo di San Lorenzo peak awaits, offering a rewarding summit experience.
