This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Stangalm area, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the hike is approximately 6.2 kilometers with an elevation gain of 786 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.
As you begin your journey, you will come across the Silberkarklamm parking area, marking the starting point of the trail. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest, such as the Klettersteig Hias and Klettersteig Rosina, providing opportunities for via ferrata enthusiasts to test their skills.
About 1.2 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Silberkarhütte, a cozy alpine hut and restaurant where you can take a break and refuel before continuing your trek. Further along the route, at 3.12 kilometers, you will reach the Stangalm, another alpine hut offering accommodation for those looking to extend their adventure.
As you make your way back, be sure to stop by the spring at 0.57 kilometers and the waterfall at 0.51 kilometers for a refreshing break amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings.
