This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Tête du Portail. The total distance of the route is 5.932 kilometers with an elevation gain of 602 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 52 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. About 1.92 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source, located 181.59 meters from the trail. Continuing on, at approximately 1.23 kilometers from the beginning, you will reach Cabane du Sex Carro, an alpine hut situated 107.66 meters off the trail.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching Portail de Fully, a peak located 2.48 kilometers from the start, right on the trail. Further along, at 2.97 kilometers from the beginning, you will reach Tête du Portail, another peak that marks the end of the route.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter historic buildings, picnic sites, benches, wayside crosses, fountains, and other points of interest.
