This hiking route will take you to The Big Beehive, located in a stunning area with picturesque views. The total distance of the hike is approximately 10.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 521 meters, making it a difficult trail that will take around 3 hours and 45 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll pass by Lake Louise parking which is around 60 meters away from the trail. Further down the trail at about 3.67 kilometers, you'll come across the iconic Lake Agnes Tea House, where you can take a break and enjoy a hot beverage. Continuing on, at 4.02 kilometers, you'll reach Lake Agnes, a beautiful natural water feature where you can admire the reflection of the surrounding mountains.
As you make your way towards The Big Beehive, you'll encounter various facilities such as Shelter Rempart at 5.31 kilometers, Chateau Deli at 0.26 kilometers, and Lakeview Lounge at 0.43 kilometers. These spots provide opportunities for rest and refreshment along the trail.
The Big Beehive, a peak with sweeping panoramic views, is located at around 5.31 kilometers into the hike. Here, you can take in breathtaking vistas of the surrounding landscapes before starting your journey back.
