This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Schloss Linderhof, a historic castle located in Germany. The trail is relatively short, spanning 1.031 kilometers with an elevation gain of 33 meters, making it a super easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning, you will find the Parkplatz Linderhof parking area. As you continue, you will reach the Wasserspiel Linderhof fountain, followed by the Brunnen Schloß Linderhof mit Flora-Gruppe fountain. Be sure to take a moment to admire the Venusgrotte attraction before reaching the Neptunbrunnen fountain.
Further along the trail, you will encounter a series of waterfalls, including the Kaskade waterfall, which is a breathtaking sight to behold. As you approach the endpoint, you will pass by the Schlosshotel Linderhof restaurant, where you can stop for a meal after your hike.
Throughout the hike, you will also find benches and information points along the way, providing opportunities to rest and learn more about the area. Additionally, be sure to visit the various fountains and attractions such as the Musikpavilion, Marokkanisches Haus, and Venustempel.
