This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning viewpoints and natural landmarks. With a total distance of 8.815 kilometers and an elevation gain of 142 meters, this hike is rated as difficult and is expected to take around 2 hours and 23 minutes to complete.
Starting at the parking lot located 1.12 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, you'll pass by a white post viewpoint at 4.41 kilometers. As you continue on, you'll come across Ōmawete/Coopers Knob peak at 2.35 kilometers, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Along the way, you'll find convenient parking spots and benches for resting, as well as a hang-gliding viewpoint and various rock formations to admire. Be sure to bring an ample water supply, as the nearest drinking water station is located 1.95 kilometers from the trail.
