This hiking route takes you on an adventurous journey through the stunning landscape surrounding Türchlwand. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 18.977 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1345 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike suitable for experienced hikers.
As you start your hike, you will pass by the Schlossalm-See, a picturesque alpine lake located 6.59 kilometers from the starting point. You can also find the Haitzingalm alpine hut 4.34 kilometers into the hike, offering a cozy retreat for hikers.
Along the way, you will encounter several water sources, including the Wirth Bründl spring at 2.6 kilometers from the start and various viewpoints such as the Lungkogel peak at 7.8 kilometers and the Türchlwand peak at 9.41 kilometers.
For those interested in additional challenges, there are via ferrata routes like the Klettersteig Hochalmblick at 7.74 kilometers and the Hofgasteiner Haus alpine hut at 5.47 kilometers.
