This challenging hiking route takes you through the stunning natural beauty of the Trasveral area. The trail covers a distance of 7.61 kilometers with an elevation gain of 779 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous but rewarding adventure.
Starting at the Aparcamiento de Tacheras parking area, you'll begin your journey surrounded by lush greenery. As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across the Paso de Taxeras saddle about 2.46 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take a breather and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Continuing on, you'll reach the Colláu de Alano saddle at around 2.83 kilometers into the hike. Here, you can marvel at the rugged terrain and perhaps spot some local wildlife. Around the 3.81-kilometer mark, you'll encounter the Trasveral peak, a must-see point along the trail.
Throughout the hike, you'll find convenient parking spaces at various points, ensuring easy access to the trail.
