This extremely difficult 13.233 km circular hiking route at Krummbachstein offers a challenging but rewarding adventure for experienced hikers. The trail begins at the Alpenfreundehütte parking area, where you can find ample parking. As you start your journey, you'll pass by the Kaiserbrunnen spring, a refreshing spot just 0.05 km from the start.

The trail continues through diverse terrain, with viewpoints like Paschekrast at 5.98 km and Franz Klenk Rast at 5.7 km offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Along the way, you'll also encounter informative signposts like Kaiserbrunnquelle Wasserschloss and cave entrances such as Untere Krummbachsteighöhle at 1.06 km.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the peak of Krummbachstein at 6.6 km, where you can enjoy breathtaking views after a challenging ascent.
