This challenging hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Ladenberg. The trail is 8.234 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 711 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding journey that will take approximately 3 hours and 41 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find parking areas for your convenience. Further along, about 2.89 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Freilassinger Hütte wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning views.

Continuing on, at around 2.82 kilometers from the start, you will find the Strussingalm alpine hut and restaurant. This is a great spot to refuel and relax before heading back on the trail.

As you make your way towards the peak, Ladenberg, which is approximately 4.12 kilometers from the start, you'll be treated to breathtaking scenery and a sense of accomplishment.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across informational points, shelters, a bar called Liftstüberl, benches, and more to enhance your experience. Be sure to carry an ample water supply, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
