This extremely difficult 12.757-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you through the stunning area of La Canalona - Invernales de Sotres - Cabrales. The trail starts at a parking area and meanders through challenging terrain with a total elevation gain of 1197.0 meters.
As you begin your journey, you will come across the beautiful Llagu de Las Moñetas, a water feature located 6.34 kilometers from the start of the trail. Along the way, at around the 1.07-kilometer mark, you will find the refreshing Fuente Resalau spring to refill your water supply.
