This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Diebsöfen - Almen am Kaiser. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 4.946 kilometers and an elevation gain of 351 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.
As you start your hike, you will come across Rettenbachparkplatz, a parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. Moving forward, at the beginning of the trail, you will also find Regenunterstand, a shelter for hikers to rest or seek shelter if needed.
Further along the trail, approximately 0.36 kilometers from the start, you will reach a point called Kreuzung Radweg Moosweg, which is an information point providing insights about the surroundings. As you continue, at around 1.02 kilometers from the start, you will find another information point named Schmiederer.
The highlight of the hike is Diebsöfen, a cave entrance and climbing spot located 2.47 kilometers from the start. Nearby, at the same distance, you will also encounter a waterfall known as Diebsöfen.
Throughout the hike, you will come across several benches and information points that provide useful details about the area.
