This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Wasenalp. The trail is 6.919 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 393 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is estimated to take about 2 hours and 35 minutes to complete, so be sure to bring enough water and check the weather forecast before heading out.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by Ganterwald restaurant, located just 0.08 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a great spot to fuel up before your journey. Further along the trail at around 1.84 kilometers, you will find another restaurant called Wasenalp, where you can take a break and enjoy a meal with a beautiful view.

About midway through the hike, at 2.67 kilometers, you will come across Wintriginette information point, providing you with some interesting facts about the area. As you continue on, at 3.46 kilometers, you will find a barbecue spot and a water source to rest and refuel before heading back.
