This challenging hiking route follows the Furggenstrasse trail in a beautiful area with stunning views. The trail covers a total distance of approximately 7.025 kilometers with an elevation gain of 731 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take around 3 hours and 27 minutes to complete.

Starting at the Zwischbergen parking area, hikers will embark on a journey that will lead them through various points of interest along the way. About 3.51 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a water source, providing a perfect opportunity to refill your water bottles and take a short break.

Continuing on, at around 2.67 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Furggu saddle, a natural feature that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. This is a great spot to take in the scenery and rest before continuing on your journey.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, you will encounter a fountain approximately 2.48 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Be sure to refill your water supply here and take a moment to refresh yourself before completing the hike.
