Welcome to the Gegendrumweg hiking route!

Located in a beautiful area, this easy out-and-back trail stretches for 2.197 kilometers with an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across the Café Lorenz near the start of the trail, where you can grab a quick snack or drink before heading out. Further along, you'll pass by the wayside cross at 0.07 kilometers and the shelter at 0.08 kilometers, providing you with some historical and resting points along the way.

For those interested in learning more about the area, you can visit the Gegendrum Wassertretstelle and the Hofsgrund Hotel Hof, both offering valuable information about the region.

As you continue hiking, you'll encounter several benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Make sure to check out the Gasthof zum Hof restaurant at the 0.3-kilometer mark for a delicious meal after your hike.

Towards the end of the trail, at around 1.1 kilometers, don't miss the viewpoint at 1.1 kilometers, where you can take in stunning panoramic views of the area.
