The Feldberg hiking route is located in a picturesque area with stunning viewpoints and peaks to explore. This out-and-back trail offers a total distance of 2.663 kilometers with an elevation gain of 147.0 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting off at the trailhead, hikers will come across a parking area, providing convenient access to the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will pass by the Berggasthof & Pension zur Todtnauer Hütte, a charming alpine hut and restaurant where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments just 0.04 kilometers from the start.

Further along the route, at 1.33 kilometers in, you will reach the Feldberg viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. From here, you can continue onwards to the Feldberggipfel information point located 1.24 kilometers from the start, providing insights into the area's historical significance.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter several benches strategically placed along the trail for resting and taking in the scenic beauty. Be sure to stop by the water source at 0.04 kilometers from the start to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated during your trek.
