This hiking route will take you through a scenic area with various points of interest along the way. The trail is approximately 1.719 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 111 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area before reaching the Talwächter peak, which is about 0.6 kilometers from the start. This peak offers beautiful views but is not directly on the trail. As you continue on, you will also come across the Feldwand peak, the Westlicher Feldkopf peak, and the Östlicher Feldkopf peak, all of which are closer to the midway point of the hike.
Midway through the hike, you will encounter the Honigsteinkopf peak, the Maiturm peak, and the Honigsteinscheibe peak, each offering unique climbing opportunities. The Maiturm peak is approximately 0.86 kilometers from the start and provides a challenging but rewarding climb. Additionally, you will find informational points along the trail, including the Kernzonengrenze and Tourist Information.
Towards the end of the hike, you will pass by the Türkenkopf peak, which is about 0.4 kilometers from the start. This peak is a great spot to take in the surrounding scenery before making your way back to the starting point.
