Peñón de los Arcos

This extremely difficult hiking route will lead you to the majestic Peñón de los Arcos. The 12.067-kilometer trail offers a challenging elevation gain of 413 meters, promising a rewarding adventure for experienced hikers.

Starting at the Aparcamiento Hayedo Tejera Negra parking area, you will begin your journey through the stunning natural surroundings. As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter several points of interest. About midway through the hike, you will reach a peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the area. Continue onwards to another peak located at 6.03 kilometers from the start, where you can soak in more stunning vistas.

Around 5.61 kilometers from the start, you will come across Collado Cimero, a saddle point along the trail. Take a moment to rest and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this natural spot. Additionally, you will find a spring at the beginning of the trail, providing a refreshing stop for hikers.
