This extremely difficult 10.952-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning wilderness surrounding the peak of Pizzit. Starting from the trailhead, you'll first encounter a parking area where you can leave your vehicle. As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across information points providing insights into the local area.

Approximately 2.06 kilometers into the hike, you'll find another informational stop, followed by a drinking water point at 0.2 kilometers from the starting point, allowing you to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated.

Continuing on, you'll pass by Villa (Gordevio) located 0.2 kilometers away from the start and another drinking water point at 0.07 kilometers, ensuring you have access to essential resources throughout the journey.

As you approach the halfway point at 4.4 kilometers, you'll reach the peak of Mergozzo, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail, at 5.22 kilometers, you'll reach the peak of Pizzit, the final destination of this challenging hike.
