Welcome to the hiking route to Cimetta!

Cimetta is a beautiful area known for its stunning viewpoints and natural peaks. The route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 4.638 kilometers and an elevation gain of 107 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for beginners and experienced hikers alike.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail, where you can leave your vehicle and begin your adventure. About 1.56 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a wayside shrine, offering a glimpse into the historic significance of the area.

Continuing further along the trail, at approximately 1.06 kilometers from the start, you will find a viewpoint that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break and capture some breathtaking photos.

As you near the peak at 2.32 kilometers from the start, you will reach the natural peak of Cimetta. This is the highest point of the hike, offering unparalleled vistas of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

On your way back, at 0.19 kilometers from the start, you will find another viewpoint that provides a different perspective of the area. Additionally, at 0.18 kilometers from the start, there is a restaurant called Ristorante L'Appennino (da Pacetto) where you can fuel up with some delicious food after your hike.
