Welcome to the Jogging Track in Kota Kinabalu! This hiking route is a super easy 1.703-kilometer out-and-back trail with no elevation gain.

As you begin your hike, you will come across several water sources along the trail. The first water point is located 0.82 kilometers from the start, followed by another one at 0.57 kilometers. Further along the trail, you will find two more water points at 0.68 and 0.74 kilometers respectively. These water sources provide a refreshing break for hikers and are great spots to rest and hydrate.

Additionally, there are a couple of water points located slightly off the trail at 0.85 kilometers. While these may require a short detour, they offer a peaceful setting to enjoy the surrounding nature.

It's always a good idea to bring an adequate supply of water, especially on warmer days. Make sure to check the weather forecast before heading out and wear appropriate footwear for a comfortable hike.
