This hiking route takes you through the breathtaking landscape of a mountainous area. With a distance of 11.437 kilometers and an elevation gain of 988 meters, this hike is rated as difficult and is estimated to take around 5 hours to complete.

Starting from the trailhead, you'll pass by a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the journey. As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across various points of interest. Midway through the hike, you'll reach a takeoff site for free flying, known as "First," offering a stunning view of the surroundings.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 1.86 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter a water source, although it's slightly off the trail. As you continue, you'll find a food court and a cozy bar called "Adi's Skibar" around the 5-kilometer mark, where you can rejuvenate and grab a bite to eat.

Towards the end of the hike, at around the 5.11-kilometer mark, you'll find the Berggasthaus First, a mountain restaurant where you can enjoy a meal with a view. Additionally, there are several benches and viewpoints along the trail where you can take a rest and admire the scenery.
