This hiking route takes you through the scenic Fort Brown Resaca area. The trail is super easy with a distance of 1.093 kilometers and no elevation gain.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area, located right at the beginning of the trail. About halfway through the hike, at a distance of 0.17 kilometers from the start, you will find a water feature that is not directly on the trail, offering a peaceful spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Continuing on, at around 0.28 kilometers from the start, there are three more water features located off the trail. These spots provide a serene setting to admire nature and take a break before heading back.

The highlight of the hike is the Fort Brown Resaca, situated at a distance of 0.55 kilometers from the start. This historical site offers a glimpse into the area's past and serves as a great turnaround point for the out-and-back route.
