The trail starts at the 基隆山登山口石碑 (Keelung Mountain Trailhead Monument) and follows a path that gradually ascends, offering a moderate level of difficulty with an elevation gain of 35 meters over a distance of 6.76 kilometers.

Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the 隔頂停車場 (Parking Lot), where you can leave your vehicle before starting your hike. As you progress, you will encounter multiple 觀景台 (Viewpoints), providing excellent spots to take in the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

To enhance your hiking experience, you will also find informational markers at various points along the trail, such as the 北34 5K marker and the 102 15K marker, which will help you track your progress and stay oriented.

The endpoint of this route is the designated destination, the 觀景台 (Scenic Viewpoint), where you can relax and marvel at the breathtaking scenery before making your way back along the same trail.
