Located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, this challenging hiking route will lead you to Grant MacEwan Peak.
Starting at the parking lot near Heart Creek, you will begin your journey towards the peak. As you make your way through the rugged terrain, you will pass by parking Heart Mountain Quaite Creek, a midway point on the trail.
Approximately 2.67 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter Heart Mountain, a notable peak along the route. As you continue on, you will reach Grant MacEwan Peak, standing tall at 4.16 kilometers from the starting point.
With a total distance of 8.314 kilometers and an elevation gain of 832 meters, this hike is classified as difficult. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and sturdy hiking boots. It is also advisable to check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
