This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Parcours Vita Rossemaison. The trail is 2.452 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it an easy route suitable for all skill levels.

Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a water source just 1.23 kilometers from the start. Further along, there are benches for resting at 1.2 kilometers, 1.19 kilometers, and 1.23 kilometers from the start. A picnic site is located 1.08 kilometers from the start, offering a perfect spot for a break. Additionally, there is a parking area conveniently located at the trailhead.

For those who enjoy panoramic views, a viewpoint can be found midway through the trail, providing a stunning vantage point to take in the surrounding scenery. If you're up for a challenge, a peak named Montchaibeux is located 1.16 kilometers from the start, although it is slightly off the main trail.
