This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Μεταμόρφωση Σωτήρος, Διακλάδωση Πολύδροσου, and the Demotiki Enotita Parnassou. With a distance of 1.792 kilometers and an elevation gain of 34 meters, this super easy trail is perfect for hikers of all levels.

Along the way, you will pass by several points of interest. About 0.9 kilometers from the start, you will reach a peak with stunning views. Further along, at around 0.44 kilometers from the start, you will come across the Μιχάλης Δέφνερ alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Additionally, right at the beginning of the trail, there is a parking area operated by the Αθηναικός Όμιλος Φίλων Σκι.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back. Remember to bring plenty of water, as well as checking the weather forecast before embarking on your hike. Enjoy the serene surroundings and the easy-going nature of this picturesque trail.
