This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Monte Coronato. The trail is a 3.705-kilometer out-and-back route with an elevation gain of 322 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It will take you approximately 1 hour and 39 minutes to complete.
As you start your hike, you will come across the ruins of an ancient structure, giving you a glimpse into the area's historic past. Further along the trail, about 1.85 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Monte Coronato, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape.
Along the way, you will also pass by a parking area, a viewpoint with breathtaking scenery, a spring named Polla dell'Aiola for a refreshing break, and an informative site called Località Aiola where you can learn more about the area.
