Welcome to the hiking route to Naiso in the beautiful area surrounding Ibón de Escalar. This route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 6.513 kilometers and an elevation gain of 564 meters, making it a challenging hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 55 minutes to complete.
As you begin your journey, you will pass by the Estación de Esquí Astún, located right at the start of the trail. This is a perfect spot to park your vehicle before embarking on the hike. As you make your way along the path, you will come across a saddle known as Col d'Audas, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Further along the trail, at a distance of 2.31 kilometers from the start, you will reach the tranquil Ibón de Escalar, a beautiful mountain lake where you can take a moment to rest and take in the serene surroundings. Continuing on, you will encounter the peak of Nayeta at 3.06 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the area.
As you push forward, you will come across Collado de Naiso and Naiso Peak at 3.26 kilometers from the start. These locations provide a perfect vantage point to admire the natural beauty of the region. Additionally, there is a cafe conveniently located at 0.53 kilometers from the start, where you can recharge and refuel before your journey back.
