This hiking route takes you to the stunning Pic des Moines area, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The trail spans a distance of 7.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 629 meters, making it a challenging yet rewarding hike.
Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the historic Borne 309, a boundary stone marking the area. As you continue, you will pass by the Ibón de Escalar, a picturesque water body located 2.28 kilometers from the start.
Midway through the hike, you will reach the Col des Moines, a saddle with breathtaking views. Nearby, the Col de Bénou offers another scenic spot to take a break and admire the surroundings.
