This hiking route takes you through the scenic area of Paxmal - Sitzsteiweg, offering a moderate level of difficulty with a distance of 3.819 kilometers and an elevation gain of 375 meters. It is an out-and-back trail, starting at a parking area just 0.03 kilometers away from the beginning of the trail.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by a parking area where you can leave your vehicle for a fee. Shortly after, at 0.28 kilometers from the start, you will come across an information point called Bergwald, providing insights about the surrounding area. Continuing on, at 1.88 kilometers into the hike, you'll find Rugg-Beizli, a restaurant where you can take a break and enjoy some sustenance.

Around the 1.91-kilometer mark, you will encounter Paxmal, a historic monument worth exploring. Nearby, just 3.1 meters off the trail, there is a natural water source for replenishing your water supply.
