This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a variety of interesting points of interest to explore. The trail is approximately 3.04 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at Avinguda d'Elx / Avenida de Elche in Alicante, you will first come across the Torre de Agua Amarga, a historic water tower located 0.2 kilometers from the trail. As you continue on, you will pass by various amenities such as parking areas and a kiosk at the 0.43 and 1.34 kilometers marks respectively.

Further along the trail, at 1.11 kilometers, you will encounter the zona teatro, an area featuring marionette shows and other performances. A short distance away at 1.19 kilometers, you will find a beach perfect for a relaxing break by the water.

Continuing on, you will pass by a picnic site at 1.38 kilometers and a viewpoint at 1.32 kilometers, offering a picturesque spot to take in the surroundings. Additionally, there are several artificial waterfalls and fountains along the trail, providing a refreshing ambiance.

At the end of the route, approximately 1.51 kilometers from the start, you will reach various water features and a memorial, adding a touch of historical significance to the hike.
