This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through the stunning Felsenhorn area, offering breathtaking views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the hike is approximately 17.429 kilometers, with an elevation gain of 1469 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous journey. The estimated duration for this hike is around 7 hours and 42 minutes.

As you start your adventure, you will come across a convenient parking area right at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to fill up your water bottles here, as the next water point is located about 5.05 kilometers away. Along the way, you will encounter the Chindbettipass saddle at 6.17 kilometers from the start, offering a great spot to rest and take in the surroundings.

Further into the hike, at around 8.71 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Felsenhorn peak, providing a rewarding accomplishment for your efforts. Along the trail, you will also find various facilities such as shelters, benches, and a BBQ area, perfect for taking breaks and refueling.
