This extremely difficult 11.408-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning area of Sveti Ilija. This challenging hike has an elevation gain of 1370.0 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous journey ahead.

As you begin your hike, you will come across a parking space around 4.9 meters from the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle securely before setting off on your adventure. About 1.59 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Mandlova Ploča viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Continuing on, at the 2.26-kilometer mark, you'll find the ruins of Topića staje, adding a touch of historical intrigue to your journey. Keep an eye out for this fascinating site slightly off the main trail. Midway through your hike, at around 4.05 kilometers, you will encounter the peak known as Ledenica, providing a rewarding location to catch your breath and take in the beautiful natural surroundings.

Finally, after completing the challenging trail, you will reach the highlight of the hike, Sveti Ilija peak, situated 5.11 kilometers from the start. Enjoy the sense of accomplishment as you gaze upon the magnificent views from this iconic location.
