This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Aarwangen. The trail is 7.405 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your hike, you will pass by the historic Schloss Aarwangen castle, located 2.07 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along, at 3.13 kilometers, you will find the Risi parking area where you can leave your vehicle if needed.

Around the halfway point, at 3.7 kilometers, you will come across a water feature, perfect for a quick rest and a chance to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Continuing on, at 2.19 kilometers from the start, there is a shelter where you can take a break and refuel.

For those interested in local history, you will find informative signs about the Aarwangen Schloss at various points along the trail, such as at 2.24 kilometers and 2.1 kilometers from the start.

As you near the end of the trail, at 0.8 kilometers from the beginning, you will find River Pub and Gasthof zum Bären restaurant, perfect for a post-hike meal. Finally, at the end of the trail at 0.01 kilometers, there is another information point about Aarwangen Schloss.
