This challenging hiking route takes you to the stunning Raukopf peak in the beautiful area surrounding it. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 6.439 kilometers and an elevation gain of 559 meters, making it a difficult hike suitable for experienced hikers.

As you start your journey, you will pass by the Taubensteinbahn parking area, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will come across the "Am See" parking area, providing a picturesque spot to take a break.

As you continue on the trail, you will encounter the Raukopf peak, standing tall at 3.22 kilometers from the starting point. Take in the breathtaking views from the summit before making your way back.

During your hike, you will also find informative markers such as the Untere Schönfeldalmen information point and the Taubensteinsattel saddle. These markers offer insights into the natural and cultural history of the area.

For facilities, you will find benches scattered along the trail, including at the 2.94 kilometer mark and at the 1.58 kilometer mark for a restful break.
