This extremely difficult 18.652-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the peak of Rüwlishore, offering stunning views and challenging terrain.
The trail starts near Reka parking area and meanders through the picturesque landscape. Along the way, you will find informative spots like Chatzestalde, Schadauli, and Stutz which provide interesting facts about the area. These spots are located at 3.69 km, 1.07 km, and 2.01 km from the starting point respectively.
As you continue your hike, you will encounter a waterfall called Dürervaldbachfall which is located 3.02 km from the start. This natural wonder offers a refreshing break before you proceed to conquer the peak of Rüwlishore at 9.33 km.
Be sure to stay hydrated and pack enough water as the route covers a significant elevation gain of 1264.0 meters. Additionally, at the 8.66 km mark, there is a water source for refilling your supplies.
