This challenging hiking route will take you to Quota 1731, offering stunning views along the way. The trail spans a distance of 6.195 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1024 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 4 hours to complete.
Starting off, you will find parking at the trailhead, located at the beginning of the route. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several historic wayside shrines. The first shrine is just 0.12 kilometers from the start, followed by two more shrines located at 0.01 kilometers and midway through your hike.
For sustenance along the trail, there is a drinking water station at the 0.99-kilometer mark, conveniently placed for hikers to refill their water bottles. Another water station is located off the trail at the start point.
At around the 3.1-kilometer mark, you will reach Quota 1731, a peak offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. This is a great spot to take a break, soak in the scenery, and perhaps enjoy a snack before heading back.
On your return journey, you will pass by more historic shrines and an information point, providing insights into the local area. Additionally, at the 3.1-kilometer mark, you will encounter a saddle, adding an interesting feature to your hike.
