This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Gletschergarten. The trail is 2.028 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 112 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The estimated duration for this hike is 44 minutes and 58 seconds.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, approximately 0.12 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Simonydenkmal memorial. Further along the trail, at around 1.01 kilometers, you will reach a viewpoint with stunning panoramic views, as well as a picturesque waterfall nearby. Additionally, there is a wayside cross named Kreuz at the same distance point, adding a touch of historic charm to your hike.

If you're looking for a place to relax and have a picnic, a picnic site is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. For more information about the area, an information center with the name "Dachstein" can also be found nearby. At the end of the hike, you will find another parking area with no parking fee.
