Starting at the trailhead, you will come across the "Notre-Dame de la Salette" wayside shrine located 3.42 kilometers from the beginning of the route. As you continue on, you will find a parking area just at the start of the trail for your convenience. Make sure to carry sufficient drinking water, as there are multiple drinking water stations along the trail, including one at 0.74 kilometers and another at 3.46 kilometers from the start.

Around midway through the hike, at approximately 5.5 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the beautiful "Cascade du Tsorette" waterfall, offering a refreshing spot to rest and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, there is a campground, "Camping La Glière," located at 0.97 kilometers from the trail, providing an option for overnight accommodation if desired.
