Starting from the parking area at the trailhead, you'll embark on your journey. About 0.23 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across the historic Croix de la Charme wayside cross. As you continue on, at the 3.17-kilometer mark, you'll find water sources to refill your bottles. These will be a welcome sight as you venture further.

At the 3.17-kilometer mark, you'll encounter another water source before reaching the halfway point. Further along the path, 0.03 kilometers from the start, you'll find a memorial site to pause and reflect.

Throughout the hike, be sure to bring an ample supply of water and check the weather forecast before setting out. The trail offers a moderate challenge due to its length and elevation gain, so be prepared with proper footwear and attire.
