Hiking : El Col

This hiking route is a challenging 10.776-kilometer circular trail with an elevation gain of 755 meters, taking approximately 4 hours and 22 minutes to complete. The trail is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Agritur Malga Secine restaurant, where you can enjoy some local cuisine right at the beginning of the trail. Further along, at around 4.98 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Bait dal Col shelter, a perfect spot to take a break and rest.

Along the way, you will also pass by the M. Toac peak, although it is not directly on the trail, it offers a breathtaking view worth a slight detour. Continuing on, you will encounter the Forcella Toac del Fontanel saddle, a picturesque natural formation perfect for taking in the surrounding scenery.

Before completing the loop, make sure to visit the El Col peak, located around 4.98 kilometers into the hike. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the area before making your way back to the starting point.

This hike is considered difficult due to its length and elevation gain, so be prepared with proper hiking gear, plenty of water, and snacks.
