While it may not be directly on the trail, the magnificent views from the peak make it a worthwhile detour for nature enthusiasts and photographers.

For a well-deserved break, stop by Les Praeres, a restaurant located 5.67 kilometers from the start of the trail. Enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape before continuing on your hiking adventure.

As you approach the midway point of the hike, you will reach Albergue de Cavadal, an alpine hut that is 7.93 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a perfect spot to rest and recharge before tackling the remaining portion of the route.

Throughout the hike, be sure to keep an eye out for a spring named "abrevadero" located 5.41 kilometers from the start, providing a natural water source for both hikers and wildlife alike.
