This hiking route takes you to the stunning area around Sas d'Adam, offering breathtaking views and challenging terrain. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 6.841 kilometers and an elevation gain of 697 meters, making it a difficult trek that requires some level of fitness and hiking experience.
Starting at the Sauch parking area, you will begin your journey towards Sas d'Adam. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. Just 0.06 kilometers from the start, there is a bar called Baita Cuz where you can take a break and grab a bite to eat. Further along the trail at 0.83 kilometers, you will find a drinking water station for refilling your bottles.
As you continue on the trail, at 1.6 kilometers, there is a viewpoint that offers a fantastic panorama of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to rest and take in the beauty of the area. About halfway through the hike, at 2.8 kilometers, you will reach Rifugio El Zedron, a restaurant where you can recharge with some delicious food.
Towards the end of the trail, at 3.42 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Sas d'Adam, where you will be rewarded with sweeping views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Additionally, there are informative signs along the trail providing you with interesting facts about the area.
