This challenging hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Traccia per il Colle di Acque Rosse. With a distance of 10.8 kilometers and an elevation gain of 559 meters, this hike offers a great workout for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you will find the Parco Geologico, where you can learn about the geological features of the area. Further along the trail, you will pass by the Cascata Biolet, a stunning waterfall that is a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery.
As you continue on, you will come across several drinking water stations to refill your water bottles and keep yourself hydrated. Be sure to also take advantage of the benches along the trail to rest and take in the views.
Midway through the hike, you will reach the Palestra di Roccia di Lillaz, a rock climbing gym where you can try your hand at some climbing if you wish. Additionally, there are information points along the trail where you can learn more about the history and nature of the area.
