This challenging hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Laubisbach. The trail is 8.2 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 299 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across Schönenbach parking area, a convenient spot to leave your car before beginning the hike. Further along the trail, about 4.1 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the picturesque Laubisbach waterfall, a perfect place to take a break and enjoy the scenery.

For sustenance along the way, Gasthaus Egender restaurant is located just 0.63 kilometers from the start of the trail. You can also find drinking water stations at various points along the route, with one being 0.71 kilometers from the start.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across benches and information points where you can rest and learn more about the area's history and wildlife. Additionally, a wayside cross and two wayside shrines can be found along the trail, adding to the cultural significance of the hike.

As you reach the midway point, you'll pass by Schneckenlochhöhle cave entrance, offering a unique opportunity to explore a natural wonder in the area.
