This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural scenery. The trail is 10.181 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1142 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers. It is estimated to take around 5 hours and 12 minutes to complete.
You will start your journey at the designated parking area located at the trailhead. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. At approximately 2.81 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a picturesque water feature known as the unnamed water source. Further along the trail, at 3.02 kilometers from the start, you will reach another beautiful water body called Krummer See.
Continuing on, at 3.37 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the stunning Brechsee, a must-see stop on this route. As you approach the midway point of the trail, you will come across Stupfarriköpfle, a peak located 2.74 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
At 70.178 meters from the trail, you will find another water source, Brechsee, which is 4.88 kilometers from the start. Finally, at 5.09 kilometers from the start, you will once again encounter the scenic Brechsee before making your way back to the parking area.
Due to the length and elevation gain of this hike, it is important to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and sturdy hiking boots.
