This hiking route takes you on a challenging journey through the beautiful area surrounding Stabiello and Lago Ledù. With a total distance of 10.921 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1414 meters, this trail is rated as extremely difficult and is expected to take around 6 hours to complete.

Starting at Stabiello, you will first encounter a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. As you hike along, you will come across various points of interest, including the Bivacco Petazzi al Lago Ledù wilderness hut, where you can take a rest and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Further along the trail, you will reach the stunning Lago di Ledù, a picturesque water feature that is located approximately 5.25 kilometers from the start. This is a perfect spot to take in the incredible views and maybe even have a picnic.

As you continue your trek, you will pass by the Bocchetta del Cannone, a famous saddle point, before reaching La Caduta dei Giganti, a climbing area that is located about 1.74 kilometers from the start. Make sure to stay hydrated by filling up your water supply at the drinking water point approximately 3.27 kilometers into the trail.
