Welcome to the Camí de la Foia dels Avencs hiking route!

This scenic trail offers a relatively easy hike with a total distance of 4.22 kilometers and an elevation gain of 66 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels. The route is an out-and-back type, meaning you will retrace your steps to return to the starting point.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first pass by the Avenc Ample, a cave entrance and tourist attraction located 0.63 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, at the 1.24 kilometer mark, you will also encounter the Avenc Estret, another cave entrance in the area.

Along the way, you will find amenities such as the Refugi de Figuereta alpine hut, a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings, located 2.11 kilometers from the start. Additionally, there are picnic sites, a drinking water source, and informational points scattered throughout the trail for your convenience.

For nature enthusiasts, the Coveta de Llucia cave entrance awaits you 1.56 kilometers into the hike, providing a unique opportunity to explore the natural wonders of the area. As you approach the endpoint, you'll also come across viewpoints where you can pause to take in the stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape.
